The hotel vibes were kinda quirky and family-friendly, which I really enjoyed. Our unit felt like a little home with a kitchen and two TVs, even if the couch was a bit of a flop.

Friendly staff made us feel welcomed! Location is perfect being a short walk to the city center, with a delightful restaurant and bar on-site.

The mattress on the king-size bed sagged, forcing my partner to the single bed. The en-suite's vertically mounted fan-heater was disconnected due to safety concerns, making for chilly shower experiences. Small bath towels and flimsy toilet paper felt inadequate, and the room lacked adequate light for reading. Waking up to noisy street traffic until the early hours didn't help either.

I stayed one night in a Standard Studio. The bed was super comfy, and I loved the toiletries they provided. The water pressure in the shower was strong, which felt nice. But the room felt a bit dated overall. It could really use updates. Plus, there was minimal shelf space to keep my stuff organized. Breakfast was great though, so that was a nice start to the day!

pavilions has a spacious room with good heating, which made my stay comfortable. the pool and spa were great, and the breakfast was delicious. it's also conveniently located just 200 meters from victoria street, and the room had wonderful toiletries. the beverages provided in the room were an added bonus.

A decent option for a mini-vacation in Christchurch with value for price. The heat pump in the room was great for a chilly night. Make sure to check if any room upgrades are available.
